We are the first and only one kiln company to develop and establish new structure mobile rotary tunnel kiln of one small fan at the kiln top which can do better brick drying .If no any small fan on the top of kiln, the kiln will take more electricity and coal to dry and fire bricks. From our past years experience, if buyer does not build any fan on top of kiln, his kiln capacity will be reduced 20%.The small fan less 55 kw will not damage kiln or give negative infulence on kiln body life.
The mobile rotary kiln can be finished within 4 months. All the kiln parts of the kiln is prefabricated in standardized and large-scale production in factory by uniform specifications, and installed on the plant site.
Working Principle of Mobile Rotary Tunnel Kiln
The mobile rotary tunnel kiln works based on a continuous circular firing process.
Raw clay bricks are loaded onto kiln cars and enter the rotary kiln system. During operation, the kiln body rotates slowly, allowing bricks to pass through different temperature sections:
1. Preheating Zone
Waste heat from the firing zone is reused to gradually increase brick temperature, reducing thermal shock and improving energy utilization.
2. Firing Zone
High-temperature combustion is carried out using coal, gas, or other fuels. The temperature is accurately controlled to ensure complete brick sintering and achieve high strength.
3. Cooling Zone
The fired bricks are cooled gradually through controlled airflow, improving brick quality and reducing cracking problems.
The whole process is continuous, stable, and highly automated.
