The 2-drying tunnel 1-firing clay brick tunnel kiln, constructed by our company, has started construction in shemkent, Kazakhstan.

Shemkent, Kazakhstan, will commission a smart factory with an annual production capacity of 55 million sintered bricks on July 31, 2026.

The project innovatively adopts a 'dual-drying chamber + single-tunnel kiln' structure and full negative pressure dew point removal technology, specifically addressing the brick cracking issues caused by fine-grained clay in Central Asia.

Upon commissioning, it will meet 15% of the local demand for building bricks.

I. Technological Breakthroughs: Customized Design Overcomes Geological Bottlenecks
1. Dual Drying Chamber Synergy System
Targeting the characteristics of fine-grained soil in Central Asia, the production line is equipped with two independently temperature-controlled drying chambers. Through staged gradient dehydration, the drying cycle of the brick bodies is shortened to within 24 hours, improving efficiency by 30% compared to traditional single-drying modes and significantly reducing crack rates in brick bodies.
2. Upgraded Negative Pressure Dew Point Removal Technology
The 'decentralized full negative pressure dew point removal' system is adopted, with 108 dynamic air valves installed on the top and sides of the kiln. This system adjusts the direction of moist hot airflows in real time. The technology achieves a thermal energy utilization rate of 78%, saving 15% energy compared to conventional positive pressure dew point removal.
3. Large-Span Kiln Compatible with Multi-Product Manufacturing
The core equipment is a 4.2-meter wide tunnel kiln, capable of simultaneously firing two main products:
◦ Standard solid bricks (250×120×65mm)
◦ Porous insulating bricks (250×120×88mm)
With a daily production capacity of 150,000 pieces and coal consumption controlled at 0.8 tons per 10,000 pieces.

II. Project Progress and Strategic Significance
As a key project under the 'China-Kazakhstan Capacity Cooperation', its technical solutions have applied for Eurasian patents and can be promoted to countries with similar geological conditions such as Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in the future. Project leaders stated: 'This production line was specifically developed for the soil characteristics of Central Asia, achieving revolutionary breakthroughs in humidity control and energy consumption indicators. It will provide a replicable technological model for the building materials industry in arid regions.
