The latest fully automatic clay brick rotary tunnel kiln in Zimbabwe has started operation.

Recently, Henan Hongyun Rotary Kiln Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \"Henan Hongyun\") announced the successful implementation of its independently developed rotary sintered brick tunnel kiln project in Zimbabwe. This project not only marks another significant layout for Henan Hongyun in the African market but also brings China's advanced kiln manufacturing technology and green building materials production concepts to southern Africa, injecting strong momentum into the upgrading of the local building materials industry.

The rotary sintered brick tunnel kiln project implemented in Zimbabwe is a tailor-made overall solution by Henan Hongyun, combining local building materials demand and resource endowments. The project adopts the company's core patented rotary tunnel kiln technology, which revolutionizes the traditional \"brick moving, kiln stationary\" model to achieve \"brick stationary, kiln moving\" continuous sintering, featuring significant advantages such as high output, energy saving, environmental protection, and high degree of automation.

According to project managers, the production line is equipped with top domestic 100-type brick-making machines with high forming pressure. The sintered bricks produced have standard dimensions, high density, and good strength, making them more competitive than locally traditional bricks. The production line is designed to produce 400,000 standard bricks per day,  significantly improving production efficiency while effectively reducing unit product energy consumption. The thermal consumption (internal combustion) is controlled within the range of 220-260 KCAL/Kg, and the power consumption per block is as low as 0.02 yuan, highlighting Henan Hongyun's operational cost advantages.

In terms of environmental protection, the project is equipped with an automatic cover exhaust system and a ring flue desulfurization device, achieving leak-free collection and treatment of exhaust gas. The emission indicators meet domestic online monitoring standards, aligning with Zimbabwe's industrial orientation to promote green development.

In addition, the production line adopts a modular design, offering a short construction period, low investment cost, and convenient maintenance. It can quickly adapt to local industrial supporting conditions, providing high-cost-performance upgrade options for local building materials enterprises.
