This is a video of the ignition of our new rotary ring tunnel kiln in 2023. The high-end kiln and high brick quality make customers very satisfied.
It can match with annual capacity from 60 million to 480 million production line. So this new mobile tunnel kiln instead of traditional and backward production way in brick and tile industry. It consists of moving kiln, round tunnel, ring type electricity offering system, air duct system, ring type billet transporting system, automatic coal, and water batching system, clay strip, billet cutting and burning system and other affiliated machines.
It has characteristics as follows:
1. Low investment : it can save 50% investment comparing with tunnel kiln with same section.
2. Excellent energy‑saving performance : Adopts special heat‑resistant and thermal‑insulation materials. Energy consumption reaches 220‑260 kcal/kg. Dynamically adjust the servo air valve opening according to combustion requirements to accurately match the air supply and improve combustion efficiency.
3. Mechanization, digitization and intelligent operation : Less manpower and lower labor cost, only one worker is required for kiln operation. It creates favorable working environment. The automatic firing system guarantees uniform firing condition for all sections. High‑quality finished bricks are produced, avoiding over‑fired bricks or under‑fired bricks. Finished‑brick yield is higher than 99.8%. Drying and firing processes will not be affected by bad weather conditions.
More intelligent monitoring & control system :
‑ Real‑time temperature and humidity measurement & recording for kiln internal environment. Humidity warning function supports timely intervention for high‑humidity sections, preventing green brick deformation and collapse caused by excessive moisture, and guaranteeing brick forming quality.
‑ High‑precision vibration sensors are equipped to continuously monitor fan running status for early identification of mechanical faults and anomalies.
‑ Online oil temperature monitoring for key fan lubrication system, which avoids overheating damage and secures stable long‑term equipment operation.
‑ Servo air valve opening can be dynamically adjusted following actual combustion demands to realize precise air supply matching and boost combustion efficiency.
4. Compact steel structure : Fitted with lightweight internal thermal insulation materials. Scientific and reasonable structural design, low failure rate, less maintenance and lower maintenance cost. No kiln cars are needed, which further cuts maintenance expenditure. Compared with Hoffman kiln or clamp kiln, it saves the cost for drying shed covers.
5. Short construction period: The whole project can be completed within three months from commencement to hand‑over.
