Automatic Coal Biomass Fuel Feeding System for Tunnel Kiln
Our automatic solid fuel feeding system is specially designed for tunnel kiln and rotary tunnel kiln production lines in brick and tile manufacturing. It adopts linkage control technology between temperature detectors and feeding actuators, supporting on-demand feeding of lump coal and biomass fuel according to customized temperature thresholds.
This system automatically feeds coal blocks and biomass fuel based on preset kiln temperature. It greatly saves labor costs and enables more precise kiln temperature control. Compared with the traditional manual fuel adding mode, it eliminates temperature deviation caused by human operation, realizes scientific fuel supply, reduces labor management expenses, maintains stable and constant furnace temperature, and permanently optimizes the kiln firing working condition.
