Product Introduction:
Automatic clay tile press machine can produce all kinds of roof tile, edge tile and floor tile .The raw material is clay,soil,mud. It is very easy to operate.
We supply mechanical press and pneumatic press machine and hydraulic tile press machine.
The capacity we supply can be 2000~50000 pieces per day.

We supply tile drying and firing technology like drying chamber, roller kiln, tunnel kiln etc.

We can also design based on your requirements.

About tile drying ,there are three solutions:

1. By natural drying, workers put tiles on the shelf to dry naturally.

2. You can use chamber dryer to dry tiles , workers put tiles on the dryer cars, then dryer cars push into dryer to dry, the drying photo is as bellowing:

3. The third drying way, is to use the roller kiln to to tiles automatically, the advantage is using less labors, but investment is much higher than the drying chamber

After drying, the tiles can be fired in local low cost kiln like hoffman kiln or shuttle kiln, but can also fire in our roller kiln.
