The 2BV 2BE 202 Series Oil-Free Water Ring Vacuum Pump is an eco-friendly solution tailored for modern brick making processes. With mechanical shaft seals and a compact integrated structure, it operates without oil, eliminating contamination risks in clay brick production. It effectively removes air and moist steam from brick extruder vacuum chambers, achieving a suction pressure of 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum) to enhance mud plasticity and reduce product defects. For long-term low-pressure operation, the optional cavitation protection tube safeguards the pump, while the atmospheric injector boosts vacuum performance to 10 mbar. Additionally, it serves as a compressor with a maximum pressure of 0.26 MPa absolute, supporting both forming and auxiliary processes in brick manufacturing.
