Semi-Automatic Clay Brick Packing Machine for Tunnel Kiln Production Line

This semi-automatic brick packing machine is customized for the working characteristics of tunnel kiln brick production lines, aiming to connect the tunnel kiln discharge link and realize the rapid and standardized packaging of finished bricks. The machine adopts a humanized semi-automatic design, which reduces the dependence on manual operation while ensuring flexibility. It can be seamlessly connected with the tunnel kiln discharge conveyor line, realizing the continuous packaging of bricks, avoiding the accumulation of finished bricks and improving the overall production efficiency of the workshop. The equipment is made of high-quality steel and wear-resistant components, which has strong corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and can adapt to the harsh working environment of brick factories (such as dust, high temperature, and frequent operation), ensuring long-term stable operation and reducing maintenance costs.

The machine is mainly composed of a feeding conveyor, brick sorting mechanism, strapping system, control panel, and frame. Its working principle is as follows: after the finished bricks are fired in the tunnel kiln, they are transported to the feeding conveyor of the packing machine through the discharge conveyor line; the brick sorting mechanism arranges the scattered bricks into neat stacks according to the set specifications (adjustable stack height and number of layers); then the stack is automatically transported to the strapping area; the operator only needs to confirm the position of the brick stack and start the strapping button, and the strapping system will automatically complete the strapping and packaging of the brick stack (the strapping tightness is adjustable); after the packaging is completed, the brick bundle is automatically transported to the next storage or transportation link, and the whole process is efficient, orderly, and easy to operate.
