VP90 Fully Automated Sintered Brick Factory is the first automatic clay brick running plant in Namangan Uzbekistan.
It includes the raw material processing system, material aging system, green brick extruding system, brick cutting and stacking system,
rotary tunnel kiln for green brick drying and firing, brick packing system etc.
The factory took 5 month to set up and running very successful.
Our services to our brick making customers:
（1）Presales: Before the customer prepares to invest in the construction of the factory, pre evaluate the local raw materials, regions, climate, and geology, and provide guidance. Provide customer investment estimation budgets and operating cost budgets to enable investors to make reasonable arrangements for capital allocation and future operating cost estimates before investing in the plant.
（2）During sales: Develop comprehensive mobile tunnel kiln process flow and technical solutions for users, strive to tailor them to the special needs of customers and the characteristics of mobile tunnel kilns, and provide reasonable suggestions for the layout of the entire brick factory and equipment selection.
（3）After sales: According to the needs of different customers and the characteristics of mobile tunnel kilns, it ensures the production and operation of users. Strictly implement the warranty regulations involved in the contract. Train professionals in the production process and assess them until they are qualified. Train senior management personnel of brick factories, improve management level, and make brick factory operation more stable and efficient. Establish a long-term technical communication bridge between expert groups and customers.
