Structure Description
The brick extruding unit consists of two parts: upper stage mixing and lower stage extruding.
Upper stage mixing part: it mainly consists of motor, reducer, pneumatic clutch, coupling, mixing shaft, mixing knife, mixing tank, mud tank, cone screw Knife, leaf hub, mud Knife, distributing plate, discharge box and other parts. The discharge box is equipped with a suction pipe, a vacuum filter and an observation hole.
Lower stage extrusion part: it mainly consists of motor, reducer, pneumatic clutch, clamping shell, bearing block assembly, screw Knife, integral cast steel box, differential feeding device, mud block, head lubrication device, die, etc.
