Reducer
The auger is made of high-chromium material. Its front section can produce 20 million fired bricks, and the rear section can reach 40 million fired bricks over its service life. It features high load capacity to withstand pressures under both soft and stiff extrusion conditions. The parallel-shaft reducer adopts case-hardened and ground helical gears, guaranteeing stable transmission, low noise operation and long service life.
Different types of augers are available to adapt for varying clay requirements and shaping conditions:
1. Highly wear resistant chromium alloy
2. Steel alloys with chromium or tungsten carbides resurfacing
3. Steel alloy
