Supper Fine High Speed Alloy Double Roller Crusher For Brick Production

The high speed fine double roller crusher is specially designed for brick and tile production lines. It finely crushes medium-hard raw materials such as clay into fine particles with a size ≤ 2 mm, meeting the strict fineness requirements for subsequent brick forming and firing processes.

Safety and stable operation are core advantages of this machine. Adjustable clamping safety blocks are installed at both ends of the crusher to protect the roller shell and the whole equipment from damage caused by hard foreign matters.

The roller body is made of medium-manganese nodular cast iron, with a hardness of HRC 60–62. It features excellent wear resistance and long service life, greatly reducing your downtime and maintenance cost.

Two augers are equipped on the crusher. They cut and homogenize clay evenly before rolling, which avoids material agglomeration and ensures consistent particle size of discharged material. Uniform raw material brings stable brick quality and lower rejection rate in the whole production line.
