    Our independently developed RF5000 directional variable-frequency microwave online moisture meter is professionally customized for continuous online moisture inspection of various brick and tile raw materials, including clay, shale, gangue, fly ash, mixed brick raw slurry and recycled solid waste raw materials for sintered bricks.
    Traditional laboratory oven drying method is widely used for brick raw material moisture testing at present, but it costs long operating time and generates seriously delayed detection data, which cannot feed back real-time moisture data to brick batching and pugmill production lines, only applicable to offline laboratory sampling test. In contrast, RF5000 online microwave moisture equipment can complete continuous rapid real-time moisture measurement on raw material conveying belt, realize dynamic online monitoring of blank moisture, and help manufacturers stabilize brick forming and sintering quality via real-time moisture control.
    Structure & Working Principle
    The analyzer consists of matched directional microwave transmitting module and receiving module. The directional variable-frequency microwave emitter launches fixed-direction microwave signals, which fully penetrate the whole layer of running brick raw materials and then arrive at the receiving module.
    After the microwave energy penetrates raw materials, partial energy is absorbed by internal free water of materials and generates energy attenuation. The equipment calculates total lost microwave energy, and combines built-in special data algorithm & model to accurately figure out the total moisture content inside brick raw materials.
