The Vertical Shaft Impact Hammer Crusher, also known as a sand making machine, is one of the core equipment in crushing and sand making production lines. During operation, the motor drives the central shaft at high speed, with four rows of hammers fixed on the shaft. Materials are fed into the crushing chamber from the top, repeatedly impacted and crushed by the high-speed rotating hammers, then fall under gravity and undergo secondary grinding against the liners. The final product is discharged from the bottom with a particle size of 0-5mm, widely used in fine crushing of sand aggregates and brick raw materials.
Core Advantages:
1. High crushing efficiency with uniform output particle size, high yield of 0-5mm products
2. Robust structure with dual protection of liners and hammers, ensuring long service life
3. Vertical crushing chamber design reduces material residence time, delivering strong processing capacity
4. Wide applicability, capable of processing various brittle materials such as limestone, shale, and coal gangue
5. Easy maintenance with quick replacement of wearing parts, minimizing downtime
6. Compact footprint with flexible installation, suitable for various production line layouts
